Alex de Parry founded Ann Arbor Builders, Inc. in 1971 just after graduating from the University of Michigan. The company operates under the name of Old Town Saginaw Properties in Saginaw, Michigan, where we own and have restored several historic buildings in Old Town.
Since its founding, Ann Arbor Builders, Inc. has served as the umbrella under which its operating entities have developed many subdivisions, built hundreds of single and multi-family homes, completed numerous residential and commercial remodeling projects, and owned, restored and managed many residential and commercial properties throughout southeast Michigan, southeast and southwest Florida and southeast Georgia.
Alex de Parry is President of the Old Town Saginaw Association and is on the Board of Directors of The Friends of Roethke Foundation.
Betsy de Parry is vice president of marketing and sales and the associate broker of de Parry Properties, a licensed Michigan real estate broker wholly owned by Ann Arbor Builders. She focuses solely on the company's projects.
